The Bill (Reg. No.5521) introduces amendments to the Law "On Insurance" and certain number of the amendments aimed at the broadening of the re-insurance possibilities, in particular regarding the restriction removal of its conduction in the courtiers WTO members.
In the course of the sitting it was declared that due to the subject of its legal regulation, the Bill belongs to the sphere of finance services.
The Committee Members emphasized that the Bill principles harmonize with European Union Law and Ukrainian obligations in WTO framework.
